One really nice thing about zappos.com is you can pick the size, price, width, color, height, etc...so you only get exactly what you're looking for. (Although, there is some garbage on there too...)

I haven't yet...I got to the part about "All sales final, no returns"...and I have bad luck with shoes fitting properly, so that's making me kinda nervous...
