Fuzzie is a nickname for Alpha Xi Delta on some campuses. I never heard it until after I left UCF.

The "Xi" in Alpha Xi is pronounced "Zee"

Al... pha-zee... delta

pha-zee= fuzzie

A lot of us Alpha Xis haven't heard of it until after we've graduated, either. And most of us cringe when we get called that.

I really think the campuses where we're called that is a very, VERY small number.

Has anyone posted the numbers about UCF's recruitment results anywhere, yet? I'm DYING to know who made quota, what it was, etc.

I'm sorry if I offended! One of my best DAR friends is an Alpha Xi Delta, and she has a shirt which says, "Fuzzie" on it. I naturally assumed that it was universal.
