The descriptions for the forums will go up in a day or two. The difference between the two is to create areas where the two genders feel more comfortable talking about things such as:
recruitment event ideas
bid day ideas
recruitment policy issues, etc.
If it doesn't work out, then we'll just go back to the top level Recruitment forum, with subs for stories and AI.
