Sept. 11 fell during our rush. We had a day or 2 off to regroup, but many women were distraught, espicially because of our proximity and make up of women from all three crash sites. I'm sure girls dropped out of rush because of it. I'm from the NYC area and was directly affected so I can tell you it was really hard when rushees brought it up. The sisters generally tried to veer away from conversing about it. We figured we'd have a couple of hours to get away from it.
