I love our letters in the balcony railing at the top!

ETA: Editted because I had originally thought our letters were in the glass panes. LOL Regardless, DG looks so good on that fabulous house!!

This is the third floor "officer's room" - basically EVC camped out in it during recruitment. Last year we had beds in it; I'm not sure what will go in it this year, but I vote for exercise equipment! Anyone know why they got rid of the old exercise stuff?

This is another shot of the third floor room - the balcony!

This is the foyer. It looks so much tidier now then it did when the pic was taken! But it gives you an idea of the new windows and columns.

This is one of the window seats in the third floor three girl rooms. No windows yet, but they will be amazing when they get them!

The old exercise equipment was well-loved and thus did not work very well, so most of us went to Ramsey instead of using the stuff in the house. I think getting some nice equipment for the DI chapter house would be a great investment!!!

Thanks so much, Notyouraverage! I LOVE the new foyer! That really badly needed to be opened up. Now maybe the front door will be the preferred door. It's really beautiful. Did ya'll keep the second floor kitchen (can't remember if there was a 3rd floor kitchen too)?

Third floor windows went in yesterday! They look amazing and my sisters in those rooms are SO excited! We have a small kitchen on the third floor and mailboxes on the second floor. The foyer is probably my favorite part of the renovations; I can't wait until all the work in front is finished.

We are such a lucky chapter to have such amazing alums!

The house is absolutely gorgeous!! I think the foyer is my favorite part as well. It looks so open and welcoming.
