I guess it doesnt matter. I just don't really think of dressing white as popping the collar on a button down shirt, or wearing urban style sunglasses at night...
Plenty of white people dress like this or worse, but it doesnt mean I want to be associated with it

It actually is a "white thing"........as it was acceptable (and may still be) for old money northeastern preppy families to flip up their collars underneath Tennis sweaters and what have you.
..........but then it quickly became a thing of GDIdom and faggotness when Abercrombie and Hollister "made it cool" to pop your collar.

Correct.
Its origins are one thing but keeping it a "white thing" versus "black thing" is a different story.

Sorry, but popping a button down shirt is about the most GDI thing you can do.

Whites started popping collars first. I see whites do that today.
I don't like shades at night. I think it's dumb. I'm not quite sure if those are "urban style" sunglasses as opposed to...regular sunglasses that some black guys are wearing in a picture. But I do remember that "normal" things suddenly become/are called "urban" when black people do it.

I think my point was proven. Polos and sweaters are supposed to be a "white thing". As a matter of fact I get called an oreo or Brooks Brutha for not following the urban trends of fashion. But to hell with it all. I also notice that none of the most important points in my post were addressed!

What they need to call you is "gainfully employed". I hate when someone says I "talk" white or "act" white. So are they saying only white people can speak correct grammar and not get loud in public places? I tell people that there is a time and place for everything. Sometimes we are actors just playing a part.
