Greetings to all the lovely ladies...Greek/Non-Greek
Props to ya unknown for boldness on behalf of the body of Christ.
I am a young, male college student aspiring to be Greek. I am also a christian. I was a christian before I was a greek 'prospeKt'. Therefore I know who I am in Christ and live thereby. I am a true believer, an avid follower of christ, and a fervent student of the word. I have also done seemingly Too Much research on greeks. Nevertheless, the more I research, the more interested I become.
Sin or "devil worship" is everywhere as we all (greek/non-greek) kno. It is even more prevelant now than ever before. However I think its a lil unfair to make general attacks and accusations toward the greek kommunity in a greekchat forum. That's klearly not the way to reach people. As christians, we strive to be Christ-like. Wit dat said, Christ didn't use attacks in His minisitry, it was kwite the kontrary. Obviously, and from my experience in witnessin, people will only turn a deaf ear while kontroversary is sparked. I kould say a lot more about a lot more but I tend to engage not in foolish conversation.

^I'm a little confused, with a C.
unknown2u, I don't agree with everything you said, but I believe that you are trying to reach out with your experience of the truth, and I respect that. As sisters, it is very hard to figure out our responsibility to speak the truth in love and to address brokenness within the body. From what I've seen, message boards are just never effective in doing that. Whether you are or not, people will feel attacked, condemned to hell, and looked down upon. Contrary to popular belief, Jesus quite often criticized and condemned people, but Jesus knew exactly who he was talking to and everything they had ever and would ever think or do. Unsolilcited internet witnessing between sinners doesn't work out that way.

Are you aware that we have Kappas that visit this forum on a daily basis? Did you know that just because you are a black, college male that this does not entitle you an invitation to ANY fraternity? Let me advise you to walk lightly on whatever "kampus" you are attending school. Oh, you may want to change your screen name too.

Definately aware madam. I didn't in any way imply that i was entitled to anything. In fact I was only sayin all that I did say about bein a student and whatnot to go against wut the t-starter said about christian interests. Ay yo. . .'preciate the advice but I'm holdin' it DOWN!! And about the screen name...it is what it is. I've had it for over a year, talk to members privately and posted publicly with no complaints. I honestly didn't see it as disrespect. It ain like i'm sayin i'm guarenteed or a future member. Please don't misunderstand anything I say as cockiness or blatant disrespect...however if you do,

^^
Really, in the name of discretion, it is best to not use a screen name that could have any linkage with the NPHC fraternity or sorority you are pursuing. Again, the NPHC Greek world is very small.
