OMG, YES!!! I'm kind of a germaphobe, so seeing people leave the bathroom without washing their hands drives me crazy!!! Totally grosses me out!!!

yes
anywhere, though I would prefer to relocate to a medium or large city somewhere with temperate weather (not too hot during summer, not too cold during winter), not more than 100 miles from the ocean, not too expensive housing, not too conservative, good nightlife, etc.
if anyone knows of a city that would fit all of these criteria, let me know
