I would guess that Sarah's example is not the only one. I mean, so many people transfer schools, and not every campus has a chapter. I'll bet many ladies have innocently re-rushed. I mean who really asks, "so by the way, have you ever initiated before?" Of course, if it really was innocent, I would be surprised if the person would never bring up her previous experience.
