This is not a big issue--truly;but in reference to the question, personally I don't like it. But I'm more irked by brothers who tacitly encourage this. I look at it as a case of perp-lite, even though no malicious intent is meant. On another level I don't understand why:I wouldn't throw up any other group signs, even though I may respect them and have some affinity with them. I believe in diversity. This brings the old fashioned part in me.
