SEC Recruitment coming up!

Our kids' high school will have at least 3 rushing at Auburn and 1 that I know of at Georgia. At smaller schools around Georgia, they would have their pick of groups but at these schools...well, hold onto your hats for a wild ride. Two of them are legacies but that seems to matter less and less as the number of legacies grows.

Unfortunately, the Alpha Xi Delta chapter at University of Tennessee closed this past spring.

For what it is worth, the chapter is still listed on the UT website. I guess they will (should) update it soon.

TSteven, I don't believe DPhiE is participating in formal recruitment at Georgia this year.

Hey, you're welcome... I'm up to 9 at UGA now (all friends of my sister). You have to get at least one of them!!

From what I understand, DPHIE is having some stuff time and are not doing rush this year. And legacies don't matter at UGA, they simply garuntee that you make it to the second round, there were some girls of prominant families get cut from their legacies because in the words of one of my friend's who cut them, "the sucked."

Something is not coherent here. Must be the poster. DPhiE having "stuff time"? We ARE participating in formal recruitment. The Psi (as in single letter, very old) chapter is being assisted by a national recruitment team this month. And, we don't call it "rush" anymore. It's recruitment. I "rushed" many years ago (and "pledged" too). Today, we recruit and hold new member programming.

And the legacies, "the sucked"? Did you mean THEY? Oy!

I just wanted to let everyone know that DPhiE at UGA will be participating in recruitment. I know some were confused to whether they would be present, but yes there will be part of this year's recruitment. Best of luck to all of the houses as well!!!

I wrote a rec for a girl who will be going through at UGA! I also helped find 3 recs for my mom's best friends's daughter who will be rushing at Bama!
