Okay, here is the rumor that I heard. Katie was dating someone (forget name), got preggers and then met tom cruise and they both needed to promote their show so they started dating REALLY seriously and then decided they wanted to get married but she was already preggers. She ended up havin the baby a few months earlier and that explains why they had to fake the birth certificate -- I dont think that the baby's is Toms. JMO...

I'VE GOT IT!!!!
We haven't seen the TomKitten because Suri doesn't exist and they are in the process of trying to adopt an infant (which lots of people want) and spending booku bucks to keep it completely and utterly silent.

I'm wondering if it's not really someone else's baby (Chris Kline, et al), as mentioned, and their waiting because it's easy to tell that a 3 month old is not a newborn, but not as easy to tell that a 12 month old is not a 9 month old. My daugheter was taller then a couple two year olds at her daycare when she was one.
