When he was with Nicole, he wasn't a publicity hound. I very much remember him sueing the tabloids quite a few times (and winning I think).


I'm sorry, the man lost credibility the moment he started jumping on Oprah's couch.

What I don't get is for a man who sues tabloids/magazines when they print gossip he hasn't done a damn thing recently. I mean before Katie "gave birth", there were TONS of articles about how they were splitting up. Pretty much every tabloid/gossip magazine had "sources" saying the relationship was over and they were putting on a sham. Now, tabloids/gossip magazines are questioning the existence of Suri and yet he hasn't done anything?

Maybe it's just me, but if I were such a publicity whore like Tom is and people (magazines/public) were talking crap that wasn't true I would be setting up an interview so quick the publics head would spin. I'd be issuing the pictures, hell even a copy of the birth certificate to say "see she's real". As almost a way to "one up" the public.

But he's not doing this. He's just sitting back, coming up with excuses and putting up with it.

I'm really starting to question if they haven't in fact broken up and if in fact Suri even exists.

If I remember correctly, all the tabloids he had sued back in the day were over stories that he was gay. Maybe he doesn't care what the tabloids are saying now about him and Katie breaking up or about the baby being a sham, because it's all publicity. And maybe, the only reason he sued the tabloids in the past was because they had hit a little too close to home.
