It would be a huge change. You know that $60,000,000,000 in aid we just sent down to Bum-screw to fight AIDS because those people can't keep their wang's in their pants? Well, keep it in the US and build some homeless shelters, fight AIDS here, find a cure for cancer, bring our economy back in line, re-vamp our education system, fight the war against gangs...etc. I could go on.
We are the most charitable naiton in the world, 10 fold, and yet, we're the most hated.
Time to think about ourselves.
