A little late to this discussion, but an important issue that hasn't been mentioned is insurance. Liability coverage especially. Most "regular" companies won't touch a GLO house, so you'd have to go through your Nationals. On the plus side, your Nationals might be able to assist with fund raising and getting a secured loan/mortgage at a good rate.
