I looked at your sorority's website to get a better idea of its core beliefs and projects. That said, here are my suggestions:

For recruitment, attending NAACP meetings, particularly the young professionals auxilliary if there is one would be a good start.

Finding a local chapter of the National Council of Negro Women could help, too. You might find some alumnae there. Your sorority is fairly old and if record keeping isn't a strong point, you definitely want to find older black women's clubs and send them letters saying you're searching for inactive sorors.

There are many women business leaders in New York...I'm sure there's some sort of directory. You also would want to search the business faculty webpages of the universities there.

And fon't forget the realm of secondary education, particularly vocational education. Look for FBLA and DECA sponsors and advisors. Talk to teachers at vocational high schools -- they can be a pipeline to the youth that your sorority serves.
