Yes, it is for anyone who is a member of Phi Beta Sigma or Zeta Phi Beta. It is a big week that happens every year. It is given by the University of Central FL. (I think). But the Sigma Chapter hosts it. This week is not anything that goes through nationals. I am told it is a week that the chapter gives to promote the union between Sigma's and Zeta's.
But I do know all of the hotels on the strip 13st are sold out! We were lucky to get on room on the strip. Another Soror from my chapter had to get rooms off the strip.
This is my first year going, but I heard it is VERY VERY nice and off the hook!
