Can anyone translate the Earp speak here? What I am reading is that the NPHC folk are saying that they do not give out information on their dues and fees to the general public but do make that information available to potential members before they commit. And Earp is saying that makes them all crazy and their chapters can't function because they are not as rad as his friend?
