There's only been one time I was so drunk I couldn't remember things, but there is no way I could have had sex, much less do anything else, in the state I was in. And I still remember almost everything from that night, the only thing I don't know is how I got from the bathroom to my bed. So my point is, it's highly unlikely that a girl who was conscious enough to have *active* (I mean not just lying there) sex with a guy actually couldn't remember any of it. I think she was just using that as an excuse.
