not to point out the seemingly obvious - but the man is in the country and i can't be naive to think that the government is aware of this tidbit of info too-

so, if he is here legally then why wouldn't yale be within their rights to admit him as a student????

hell - if we're gonna cry foul at schools admitting students - i'm sure there are worse people to educate...
