K.. this is the deal (from my perspective)... only one time have I heard of this problem happening to a guy, but that was after way more than 3 drinks. He could barely stand up, very well try to get it up.
And on the girls getting loose thing, most girls I know would never get drunk just so they could act kind of loose, but I do think there are some that would. It's just a certain type of girl that would do this though and all girls certainly shouldn't be judged by this stereotype.
