Oh boy - check out her Q & A:
Q: May I ask why you are selling this item? Isn't it something that only Phi Mu's can see?
A: I bought several fraternity/sorority items at a yard sale. I do not know if this is something only Phi Mu's can see.
I sent a question:
Now that you know that only Phi Mus can see it, why are you still selling it?

It is just a manual for the ritual chair. It is not our actual ritual, it gives no secrets away. I can't believe the price at this point.

Hi! I'm new to this forum. I just could not believe that someone would sell sorority things on ebay! Maybe I'm naieve, but I just can't believe it! Those items are private and sacred to the fraternity. I'm glad to read that there are sisters out there looking out for Phi Mu!

It is not a "provisional membership" pin (aka Phi pin). Any GLO with a "Phi" in their name could use it.
