My experience with this is that alcohol makes most guys hornier....I think the limp thing has more to do with how sleepy some people get when they get drunk than anything. If you can barely keep your eyes open, how can you expect the hydraulics to kick in?
My hubby is almost the opposite.....he gets the eternal boner when he is drunk. It's like, "For the love of God, finish before you poke right through and skewer me to the mattress like a big pink shishkabob!!!!!!"
