We recently started this thing where you get a pearl for attending some of our functions, so you can string them together when you graduate and it represents all the good times you had in Phi Mu and reminds you of all your sisters who aren't there with you. Because we just started this, the seniors will have maybe 3 pearls, so they are going to give them to the people that have really affected them, and we are giving all the senior pearl bracelets (fake of course) at 3d just as a little keepsake.
