Elections

In regards to elections! I think that the best way to get nominated for a position is to make it known that you want the position. For example, if you are talking with friends or other chapter members about elections mention that you would like to run for whatever position it is that you would like. Also, asking the current officers in the positions what their position involves is also a good indicator that your interested in the position. This will make the officer stop and think well wow she came to me and asked questions she must really be interested. I think that if you do this you are sure to be nominated. Also, maybe simply asking a friend to nominate you for a position may be a good route to take. When sisters in my chapter are interested in positions they simply tell friends to nominate them or in our chapter we even have sisters who nominate themselves.

I hope that these suggestions were somewhat helpful! It sounds to me like you are a great member and your chapter would be lucky to have you in any position.

Good Luck
