I prefer oatmeal, but love Capt Crunch, Frosted Flakes, and Cocoa Puffs (guilty pleasure - but great fiber!).

OPTIMUM SLIM

I have developed a taste for Optimum Slim! It's really quite good. AND, it has 11 grams of fiber. (That's why I originally got it.)

I don't eat the "guilty pleasures" cereal anymore because milk absolutely kills me...and the yummy cereals just don't taste right in soy milk.

I think I should have added that I don't like milk in my cereal. I love milk to drink, just not sopping up my cereal - yuck!

Frosted Flakes, Rice Krispies, and Grape-Nuts. Sometimes I'm in the mood for Corn Pops and very occasionally Lucky Charms. However, I don't eat cereal that often, and I wish that it would come in smaller box. I feel bad paying $4 for a box of cereal that I'll maybe eat 3 bowls out of.

I could eat Cinnamon Toast Crunch for any meal of the day.

I think Lucky Charms and Fruity Pebbles follow closely behind.

I can't each Captain Crunch though.. eww.

Raisin Nut Bran--when I can afford it. Plain or with milk.

Runner up is prolly Golden Smacks (or whatever they're called---the ones with the annoying frog on the box).

My favorite is some kind of cranberry and almond with flakes - I think it is Post. I just eat it out of the box.

I like Cinammon Toast Crunch. I think I have a fantasy of a date ending with a bowl of some CTC. That would be great.

But that shizzle is unhealthy so instead I eat mostly Special K.
