Question Nationals

So what does everyone think of the move to Nashville? A few of us from our chapter visited Shadowwood and a few weeks ago and it seems we are losing a part of our history (although our true history resides in Rose Hill -- not Shadowwood), but are moving on to bigger and better things. Either way, it was great to be able to see the headquarters before the big move.

I've noticed alot of Sigma Pi pins, key chains, etc. on ebay lately. Could this be because nationals gave alot of stuff away to local chapters to make the move "lighter?"

im upset that I will never get to see nationals in Vincennes. The reason you are seeing stuff on ebay is because nationals is auctioning it off for the Educational Foundation.

I agree to what you are saying about leaving Shadowwood, but you also got to remember that the reason for the move was to make us the #1 Greek Fraternity. Nashville gives us alot more opportunities to grow and expand.

I attend the Alpha chapter in Vincennes . . . and i'll have to agree that moving Shadowwood to Nashville was indeed an imporant move. If you've ever been to Shadowwood, or Vincennes in general, you know that it's all windey roads and hills to get the building. It's hard to reach and sometimes a pain to get to.
