I look forward to sockpuppet4 posting about GPAs and community service. It would be a breath of fresh air. We have enough people telling women how they should look so men will speak to them.

If the OP had said "I fear that my chapter is unhealthy and I want to help" then I would take the issue more seriously and think this is about more than fitting into a smaller pair of jeans so people could think they are cute and trendy. Even women who wear smaller sizes and wear makeup can have poor health and a poor self-concept that can impact a group's reputation.
