We have several things that have worked, but before I waste your time, tell me if you have any Panhellenic restrictions. i.e. - Is everyone allowed to dress exactly the same? Do you have guidelines on "casualness?" Our recruitment guidelines specify on certain nights things like "Cotton tshirts are acceptable" so that you don't have one sorority in tanks and shorts and another in ball gowns.
