YES! They are definitely the best! My big and I wanted to change our family tree letters to a cute set she had gotten from them but we had no idea what the colors were. I sent them a picture of it and they were able to tell me what they had used! They're really quick at responding and everything I've gotten there is awesome. FYI, I found out that the sisters are both Tri-Sigmas, and are SO SWEET!! I've never been to the physical stores, either, but it's so nice to know - really know! - that you're not going to be ripped off!
