I suggested lingerie shower, but she said (and I quote), "I think most of my friends would rather chew on a sweaty sock than buy underwear for someone else."
Now, I'd like to note I wasn't thinking we'd all make treks to Sears' unmentionables department. I was picturing more then lingerie shower I went to last summer (the one where I gave the bride 8 inch light-up lucite heels. She also got a whip, and some other great items I don't remember - basically, anything to horrify her. Except her mom, who sent a robe.)
