Okay, since I had to clarify this to Christin earlier this evening, the position with the DAR is a PAID position! Meaning I actually have a paying job in my degree field (a part-time job, but a job no less!) rather than just volunteering (the best: being turned down for a position I applied for and 'while [they] were very impressed with my qualifications, [they] decided to go with another candidate. However, [they] would love to have me as a volunteer.'!!).
