It's not that she's against the war and has lost her son; it is her series of actions over the past year or so. Rudey posted a pretty good rundown of her appearances and the people she's surrounded herself with since she first appeared on the scene.

She is more than entitled to mourn her son and to criticize the war. I can't imagine the pain of losing a loved one so early in his life. However, making herself as public as she has, the public has a right to hold any sort of opinion they'd like about her, good, bad or otherwise. The fact that she lost a son, as horrible as that must be, does not shield her from that.
