Maybe. It seems in big arenas like there they're more likely to have mike problems. However, knowing his voice in general, to me it is just not well suited to the Star Spangled Banner. And he looked like he was struggling! He just doesn't have the powerful voice needed (like Aretha). Aretha is just getting bigger and bigger every time I see her, she's gotta be having some health problems.
Did anyone see the skit on Saturday Night Live this weekend? It was funny, but kinda mean towards Aretha and Aaron.
