ok so i went to see masha in the hospital today and when i left she was going down to see the anesthesiologist (spelling anyone??) and to talk to the surgeon about the surgery. im pretty sure shes going to have it up here though and shes definetely out of it if she did have it. the proceduere is pretty quick and doesnt leave many scars. its called laparoscopy (i think thats how you spell it) and so they make a few incisions to remove what they need to instead of making a huge incision which takes much longer to heal. the nurse said that she should be eating ice chips and juice and stuff after, and then if she does ok with that then theyll gradually move her to more foods to make sure she can digest and keep the food down ok. ill be talking to her in the morning (and definetely visiting her) to see what ended up happening and to make sure shes ok. her boyfriend is coming up too so shell be occupied all day. but ill let her know that everyone is thinking of her and she should be back to good again in a couple days and back on here posting!! thanks to everyone for their concern!!
