Ugh. You reminded me that I needed to write a strongly worded letter to them. I attempted to purchase a gift certificate for a friend who had a baby. I called TWICE and was unable to reach anyone and did not get a call back. I later went with The Paris Alexander Spa. Thery were so accomadating.

My favorite LA spot is Burke Williams. I love them. The Body Clinic was very stressful. It's so small! And I get facials at the Wellness Spa in Culver City. They are soooo sweet AND professional!
In Vegas, I love the MGM Grand Spa...wonderful!
