Sudoku?

I completed my first one this morning, in ink, no cheating.

Of course, it had a difficulty rating of one out five stars. On to bigger and harder.

A local site, ajc.com, has an on-screen Sudoku which is pretty neat.

Both our newspapers in Chicago publish Sudoku puzzles. They are quite addictive! I see people doing them on the train all the time.

Sudoku is like crack. I got it for my Treo, and now I can't stop playing whenever I'm waiting around for anything.

I love it.

We all do the puzzles at work when it's slow. That's how I got addicted.

I love them. My mom got me a book of them a few days ago and I've been doing them non-stop.

I'm also addicted. Our newspaper publishes a new puzzle daily. I must complete them as part of my morning ritual!!! Otherwise I go nuts!

Is this the puzzle where the numbers need to add up to something but you can only use each one once? (Does that make sense???) We have had something similar in our Sunday puzzles...Damn, if I couldn't solve it after an hour, but my bf does it in five. GRRRRR!

I heard about this game yesterday (from GC no less). Today I went to Borders, and there were like 50 different books about it on display...WTF, when did this suddenly come about!?! Strange. I don't know if I'd call it that addicting for me, b/c I'll be a crossword person, but it was interesting.

You can not trust USA TODAY.

Today's sudoku is impossible to solve.

I think you are referring Kakuro (Cross Sums).

The most awesome puzzle ever!!!!! Technically the numbers do add up to 45 each way, but you do not need to look it like that.

I love these things. My high school math teacher made us do them, and I've been addicted ever since. I'm glad they finally caught on...I've been waiting 6 years to buy books and be able to talk about them with people, without them looking at me funny!
