You don't meet your dream girl via a drunken gyration on the dance floor at a fraternity party.
Ok, some people do, but it isn't the norm.
If you'd expressed interest in seeing her by getting her number or making plans, then perhaps your intent would be known. Without articulating your interest, she's in the dark, and like any boy or girl your age, chalk it up to having fun at the party.
Next time, try meeting a girl without booze on your brain and don't kiss until you've been on a proper date.
