If you call the Gulf of Mexico an ocean.

While Florida drivers suck, they were nice enough to let out drivers stuck in a parking lot. They're also not as quick there to hit their horn or wave their middle finger.
ZTAngel - are you talking about the few people in FL that aren't originally from up north? Because I got the finger from so many old ladies in Tampa I lost count. And you know what their license plates always said: New York, New Jersey, Connecticut. I almost got the bumper sticker that says "When I get old, I'm going to move up North and drive slow."

I saw a guy in class today wearing croakies and cowboy boots. Is this acceptable fratty wear? Is Texas considered the south? Can someone please answer because I'm contemplating moving to a more fratty southern state.

Well I was kind of kidding about Alabama, but not entirely. I give a lot of my friends hell about living here, but i've become completely disenchanted w/ GA as well...You are correct however about the women, they are ridiculous here, as well as in my home state.

As to the other question, I go to THE university in the state.

Um, OK, I guess THE University would be the University of Alabama. I graduated from there last May.

Auburn, huh?

You know, the University of Alabama has never been called UAT, but I do recall that Auburn was once the Alabama Polytechnic Institute or something?

Wow...I've never seen an old lady give the middle finger! That's a first.

On that same note, California is gorgeous as well.
And North Carolina!

This is precious, but it doesn't count as a mountain.

Are you saying that Cheaha Mountain is not the highest point in Alabama? I mean, it says it is here and that takes you here, which contains a picture of the "summit" of the "mountain." I don't know -- maybe these sites were made by someone making fun of Alabama.

That is a hill, not a mountain.
