What was the significance of April 6.1909?

a. alpha chapter purchased their first house
b. The first conclave was held in Bloomington ,Illinois in Clyde Leach's room.
c. Lester H. Martin, Arthur Heinlein, and L.W. Tuesburg, along with a deligation of actives from Alpha chapter, paid a visit to Chi Rho Sigma, a local fraternity at Millikin University in Decatur Illinois.
