I was watching the show while cleaning up the kitchen, so I missed some parts. Was the ex-ballplayer who gave the roses to the guy at the end of the show the same guy that was supposed to be seeing Ed's best girl friend? (Yeah, I know his name isn't Ed in this show, but he'll always be Ed to me.
) She looked sad going into her house at the end of the show and I coudn't figure out if it was because of him or because maybe she likes Ed but he only thinks of her as a friend. Clarification please? Thanks!
