Ditto - go to a conference room. You need to be comfortable and able to clearly express yourself without fear that someone will hear you.

Good luck!

No, that would not be rude. If the recuiter is calling you during the day and know you are at work, they should expect that you will need a moment to make sure you are not overheard.

I've had people tell me to give them a moment while they close the door, etc. and it was not a problem.

Can you go to the conference room a few minutes before the call? If so, I would recommend that. If you have to walk a distance, and you are already excited you may be a little breathless and that is not good.

I had this guy walk outside for a phone screen and he was breathing so hard if I hadn't called him I would think it was an obsene caller!

Gotcha. If that is the case, give her some indication how long it will take and what you are doing.

I don't see a problem.
