Didn't anyone bother to do a background check BEFORE he was hired????
GC teachers, correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought all educators had to go through strict background checks, especially Principals.
I had to get fingerprinted to work at a daycare for Christ's sake!

That's right.
If done correctly and well, many fraternal "grips" are transparent to anyone who isn't watching with a magnifying glass.
Many groups also have a "challange" which can be used in private prior to exchanging their handshake.
