Give the littles a pair of funky socks. Tell them to find their big wearing the same socks. Works for nail polish too. We did both.

I don't know if string/yarn trails are considered hazing now, but I thought they were fun. (A big sis is at the end of a string trail while the maze goes through someone's apartment. Good for really small classes... not big ones.)
