My husband graduated from Southern in this major, it is like recreational theraphy, you can pursue physical therapy, he took the recreation aspect like program planning (recreational centers, parks, nursing homes, gyms, etc) he did an intern at a nursing home and the crazy house in Shreveport where he planned out recreational activites.
