Wooden "Membership Pin" Plaques, etc.
If anyone has seen the wooden items (badges, coat of arms, creeds) made by Pinstation on their website, ebay auctions, or ebay Store, I would just like to say that I ordered the Lambda Chi badge and can recommend it. They are a licensed vendor.
It's really well made and finshed off nicely. Having worked in a sign shop, I know how much work is involved in creating a finished product like this.
I knew before I even placed my order what I would do with it - gold leaf it - something else I learned at the sign shop. I got done this morning and it's absolutely beautiful. A one-of-a-kind item!
(just so you know, I have no stake in this company whatsoever. I did find out after ordering, however, that one of the guys is in my fraternity - which is pretty cool. He seems very nice)
