I just have to say that this is the first time I've heard "liberal" and "Liberty" in the same sentence. I live in the town where Liberty is located, and while it's not as strict as Bob Jones, they still control pretty much every aspect of your life. You can get demerits if someone says they see you at a party where alcohol is being consumed. No secular music is allowed in the dorms, and if they find any, then you are given demerits. Women were only recently allowed to wear slacks. You can't go to the library unless you are in "chape dress" (even for members of the public). They just opened a nice ice skating rink in town. Nothing but Christian pop music, and no holding hands on ice. That's a no-no. I still think one of the worst things is the fact that they have spies at all the movie theaters to report if they see any LU kids going into any movies rated over PG-13.
