I'm not an active anymore, so I really can't give you much information on specific houses.
Aside from the houses listed above, there may be two or three doing COB events separately (I'm pretty sure that more groups than that are under total, unless something has changed significantly in the past two years).
Spring rush is super-laidback and a lot of fun. Make sure to wear warm clothes since you'll be walking from house to house.
