another event that collegiates and alumnae can do together is a "mock" rush party. it is fun for the alums and helps the collegiate hone their recruitment skills.
invite the alumnae(well in advance) after the chapter has had their recruitment workshops and run thru your skit party. have the alumnae act like pnms and do the party exactly as you would if it was a real recruitment. be sure to let those girls with the least experience be at the front of the line so that they can practice their skills and start to feel comfortable being on the other side of recruitment.
