Bro, I realize You are correct.

But While We as Zetas Need to emphesize The Rho Officership It might also Help if more a Priority by IHQ was placed on this Position.

I do this every chance I get to remind them of how important this position is.

As You said in our Postion at the Moment it is kind of Moot point.

But hopefully when We get built up, I will put a finger on them to make sure that this Position is very, very Important.. And, as You said, maybe every other Rho is Good!

So, then there should be a Main Rho and then maybe a Neophyte/New Active to be a Rho in Training!

Two Years Should should be the Limit for The Rho? Minumum.
